Willou Ice Gel Envelop

Envelop yourself in a cold or warm gel cap.

Why do you need it.

Relieve headaches, pain, fever, migraines. Helps with head injury and puffy sinus eyes.

The gel envelop also creates a dark environment for your eyes to relax during yoga meditation (use hot or cold), during migraines when you need a dark space or if you just need to relax after a stressful hot or cold day.

Gel packs are both in the front and back of the cap.

Place in the freezer for a very cold cap or in the fridge for a moderate cold cap.

To heat make sure the headache hat is at room temperature then microwave for 45~50 seconds, if more heat is needed, microwave in 5-second increments, if it feels hot, allow to cool for a few minutes before using.

Another great way to heat our caps is to place in our mini beauty fridge on the warm setting.
